Where We Come From, Where We're Going...
The Beginnings - 1997-2000
We have had several phrases over the years that sum up our attitude toward our work.
Phrases like "Do it once, do it right" or "Delivering quality results, on time,
for every client: That's the Fiber Solutions way." But both of these come far short
of explaining our entire belief structure. Our philosophy is really quite simple
and can be broken down into four distinct phases:
1 - Preparation
We get the best people that we can find, then train them extensively with the latest
knowledge available and continue to nurture their careers with continuing education.
We source our materials from the most well respected vendors in the world and through
a program of ongoing testing, make sure they live up their reputations.
2 - Planning
We counsel with our clients as many times as necessary to make sure we understand
their needs and then plan extensively to come up with the most affordable, high-quality,
long-lasting solution possible. We then deliver a highly-accurate set of plans and
cost figures.
3 - Execution
Then our highly skilled technicians do their jobs quickly, carefully, neatly and
most importantly, on time. We have all of the latest equipment and training available
to our crews throughout the project. We have the right tools and the right people
at all times. Our quality is legendary; we have done work for multinational companies,
law enforcement and healthcare facilities around the country.
4 - Documentation and Follow Through
We document all of our projects carefully and completely. We maintain scrupulous
records and have online documentation for our larger clients. When we are done,
we make sure you have everything you need and we are always ready to help you with
follow up. We've been here for over 13 years and plan to be here throughout the
future of your company too.
